Short Film featuring street life in Singapore’s Chinatown

Impressionistic Digital Ad for “Your Singapore” that explores the Chinatown district — and a traveler’s evolving relationship with her home. I worked on the script and its poetic translation into Mandarin with my Aunt Cheryl in Malaysia and our friend in Hong Kong Fung Ye Astor Chan. Astor passed away shortly after we finished the video. Cheryl a few years after.

This lyrical and emotional spot won an Addy Silver — of which I am very proud. It is now a fond and enduring memory of both of those incredible women.
