I got the joy of working with longtime friends Kristian and Brandon Bush on this 3 episode mini-series that features their band Dark Water visiting iconic studios throughout The South and jamming with local musicians. We produced this series with a lot of love on a tight budget — though you wouldn’t know it from the results ;).
Giant shout out to The War & Treaty, SistaStrings, Capricorn Records, The Sound Emporium and the amazing group of musicians and engineers we got to work with. And a heroic thank you to the micro-crew of badasses who pulled off the impossible. This scrappy little project has a bit of true grit and a whole lot of heart.
