UPS is a global employer that not only values its 350,000 employees — it tangibly empowers them with competitive pay, great benefits, tuition assistance, and a ton of other incentives and advantages. Chorus Films and I helped tell that story in a series of digital ads that put the opportunities UPS provides front and center.
One spot speaks to the opportunities for career advancement at UPS by featuring a couple celebrating their partner’s first day on the job as a full-time UPSer. Another features a part-time employee growing her small business while protected by the health benefits she receives from UPS. The additional spots feature cut-downs of the :30s. I loved this campaign and it shows.
